Directions

• Members must fill out designated volunteer forms (Google forms) accordingly. Be sure to receive the contact information of the event supervisor (non-sponsored) or the names of the NHS board members present (sponsored) to ensure that you can completely fill out the form.

• Hours must be turned in within TWO WEEKS of event (only exceptions are summer/winter break events). No late forms will be accepted.

What is the difference between sponsored and nonsponsored?

• Sponsored hours and events are promoted by VPHS National Honors Society. The form must be signed by an NHS board member that was present at the event or the member will NOT recieve their hours. 

• Non-Sponsored hours and events are unpaid community service events that are not promoted by NHS. This may include volunteering at the library or volunteering for a club.
